Always a major highlight of Copenhagen Fashion Week, designer Nicholas Nybro created a stunning collection for the Fall 2016 season, that served as the second part of his two cohesive collections (the first being Spring 2016) inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's The Snow Queen. As explained in the official show notes, the collection focused on three major themes: "The Escape" which featured spectacular luggage box hats and ornate darkly hued pieces, "The Innocence" which featured light as air sheers in creamy white hues, and "The Beating Heart" which featured wildly creative construction and immense volume in reds and burgundy.
The overall effect was dazzling, and ultimately served to showcase exactly why Nybro is considered to be a true force in the exceptionally creative Danish fashion scene.
