The powerhouse duo of Phillipe Blond and David Blond, of The Blonds, who have created some of the most spectacular stage and street-wear for the biggest names in music. (Names like Beyonce', Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Britney Spears and even Madonna) are masters of creating an eye-popping collection around a quirky concept. For Fall 2015 that concept was an homage to the cinematic aesthetic of legendary cult-classic films such as A Clockwork Orange. To create this amazing look the designers brought together some of the most sought after names in the beauty and hair business: Kabuki with the MAC pro team, Kien Hoang for Oribe Hair, and the masters of wearable nail sculpture, CND Nails.

As these three teams of artists, stylists, and sculptors worked at a frenetic pace backstage, I had the chance to turn my lens in their direction to capture a little bit of what goes into becoming a Blonds girl.
