Inspired by the neighborhood in which she lives (Manhattan's Chinatown), designer Katie Gallagher created a dynamic Spring 2016 collection that elevated the designer's 'punk goth' point of view to a new level of sophistication via flawless construction and thoughtful execution. Cherry red and golden hues were used to echo the color palette of Chinatown, where a repeated circular motif echo the neighborhood's distinctive iconography for an effect that really felt like a gorgeous love letter to the designer's home turf.
