The second of two labels to show under the banner of Jakarta Fashion Forward, a special Jakarta Fashion week presentation within Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tokyo, Toton was a wild mash up of traditional Indonesian prints with a hyper modern rock and roll vibe. The workmanship on the pieces was astounding, the looks exploded with artisan details such as hand beading, intricate embroidery and even wooden accent pieces. All of which blurred the line between clothing and accessories until the two became completely blended into a single fashion piece.
