Japanese men's wear label 99%IS went bold in black and white stripes for Spring 2014. Boxy shirts and moto jackets in leather and silver lamé topped skinny pants and shorts, with the occasional skirt layered over for a look that was super fashion forward, and fun to see happen in the men's market.
