Since debuting her label A Détacher in 1998, designer Mona Kowalska has developed a reputation as a masterful artist with a sharp eye for originality and impeccable tailoring.
For the Spring 2013 A Détacher collection, Kowalska proved her reputation was deserved tenfold with an inspiring array of pieces that played with pattern, silhouette and volume in a variety of surprising ways.
Tied together with a series of twisted delicate knots which showed up on otherwise sleek dresses and crisp square tops, the collection gracefully flowed from piece to piece without a single mis-step.
