Tropics meet techno
with a serious dose of sporty street style, was the vibe at the Astrid Andersen Spring 2018 show.
The looks had all of Andersen's trademark funky edge but also had plenty of feminine touches that gave the collection a new lightness and luxury. At the same time the 'tougher' elements, like bulky leather bangles and hoodie jackets, brought balance to the looks so they never looked matronly or dated. All together it was a knock-out show that was elevated to the level of "major fashion event" when in a surprise for the audience, international popstar Mø glided down the runway in two of the collection's edgiest looks.
