Dear Haikusue:
Politics in America over the last few months has got me pulling my hair out. I did the women's march and the tax march, and still I feel so defeated. How do we keep fighting for fair elections, equal rights, our environment, and health care when it feels like the deck is stack so thoroughly against us? I know these things take time, but between Trump's activities with Russia, and the big-corporate takeover of everything from the EPA to Education, I am exhausted and terrified, it doesn't feel like we are getting anywhere! Any words of encouragement for a battle weary woman?
Signed,
Resistor in the Richmond
